ARYAN comprises of professionals who have been directly involved in medium to large-scale project implementation for the Government of Malaysia for the past eight (8) years.

Their confidence in our team specialties and commitment has won us major projects dealing with highly confidential National Security solutions.

The team can develop, implement, operate and maintain highly secured infrastructure-based solutions and specialized application systems:

Highly Secured Infrastructure-Based Solutions

The provisioning of security document solutions projects in Malaysia requires us to ensure that the systems enclave in a highly secured facility. Highly secured infrastructure-based projects are unique, as they require a total and complete Systems Integration approach and expertise to handle the wide-range of variables, issues and interfaces with different entities within as well as external to the projects.

ARYAN technical team comprises engineers with the necessary skills and experience to execute this role, along with the methodology to enable this complex integration. Proven and tested in our projects, the methodology, technology and the expertise of our people will ensure an effective integration that provide our clients with accurate and up-to-date information, especially for mission-critical systems within the client’s business operations.

Specialized Application Systems

ARYAN team of professionals with a high degree of knowledge and expertise is able to develop and implement specialized application systems successfully. We have partnerships with various software and hardware suppliers as well as partners with focused domain expertise such as government e-Passport and National ID issuance. This varied but highly integrated expertise is what ARYAN is offering to our clients.

1. Conversant With International Standards Compliance

ARYAN professional team has been extensively involved in upgrading the Malaysian e-Passport to comply with International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Document 9303 Standards.

ICAO is a specialized agency of the United Nations, created in 1944 to promote the safe and orderly development of international civil aviation throughout the world. It sets standards and regulations necessary for aviation safety, security, efficiency and regularity, as well as for aviation environmental protection. The Organization serves as the forum for cooperation in all fields of civil aviation among its 191 Member States.

2. Transfer of Technology

For all projects that our professionals implement, we provide the crucial Transfer of Technology (ToT) component to our clients. ToT is more than just training. It is about involvement in the right areas and learning from this involvement with the ultimate target of being self-sufficient to develop, enhance and support the live system after the project has been completed. Proper planning is required to ensure that the right skills are transferred to the right people; to ensure the recipient is available and ready to receive from the provider. Pro-active evaluation and adjustment needs to be carried out continuously to achieve the objectives.

3. Technical Operations and Maintenance

The Operations and Maintenance of the systems after implementation is also one of the vital factors that contribute to a successful project implementation. Minimal downtime is required to provide a high availability system to support the operations of the client. ARYAN has the necessary skills and experience to provide our clients with the planning, methodologies, procedures and people to carry out this requirement.

Having fully operated and maintained the Malaysian Passport Issuance Systems for more than eight (8) years round the clock and doing the same for the system which were implemented in Singapore, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Canberra, London and New York, we have developed proven international- standard methodologies and procedures, and the unique skills and experiences of aligning Information Technology with our client’s business processes to contribute towards a highly productive and effective operations.

4. Training and Guidance

Apart from an effective Transfer of Technology and pre-operations training, appropriate training and guidance to our client’s personnel that will eventually support the system in the long-term is essential during the first year operations. The experience of real-life operations, issues and the resolution of these issues can never be replaced by any form of formal classroom training.

With proper training and guidance, our client’s personnel will be able to take full advantage of this opportunity to learn and support effectively the implemented system. ARYAN has the necessary expertise and resources to execute this from our system operations and maintenance experience.

5. Actual Implementation Experience

Finally, to effectively achieve a successful implementation of a complex system that requires interfacing and sharing of information between various functional entities requires both skills and expertise as well as actual implementation experience in similar, if not the same, environment.

The actual on-the-ground project implementation provides experiences of such diverse issues and complexity that it is really impossible for inexperienced and product-focused contractors to be able to implement them successfully.

6. Involvement of ARYAN Senior Management

In all these projects, whether large or small, ARYAN’s unique capability that few others have is the fast deployment and direct involvement of our senior management team to these projects when required.

In addition, clients are always assured of the Managing Director’s attention and access at all times. In this way, our clients’ projects will benefit from the quick identification, allocation and deployment of required resources anytime during the course of the project.
